Lauren Santorio

Originally from Schenectady, New York, Lauren Santorio is a recent BFA graduate of The School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston and Tufts University. At SMFA Lauren studied painting, photography, animation and text and image arts. Her films fuse hand-painted/collaged animation with found footage. She has had her work exhibited in several galleries across the Northeast. Her film “Wild Rumpus” was recently selected for the 2012 CutOut International Animation Festival in Querétaro, Mexico. She currently lives in Austin, Texas.
