Jeremy Liesen is a sophomore attending Washtenaw Community College in Ypsilanti, MI. His field of study is Audio and Video Production. One of his first video projects,
“Listen”, received Best Editing at the 2011 Community College Film Festival.
Jeremy first became interested in music at the age of thirteen when he discovered a music software program. Without any formal training in music, he used his own natural ability to write lyrics and produce original musical beats. He had found his passion. His music is unique based on a natural talent to take sounds and transform them into music. His surrounding circle of friends and peers liked his originality and he developed noriety in the small communities of Linden and Fenton MI.
He was encouraged to attend college where he majored in Audio and Video Production. Having always shown an artistic ability whether drawing, painting, photography, writing or music has helped him show a creative strength in the production field. He found another passion - video/film editing.
Jeremy’s ultimate goal would be to have a successful career in the media field with a focus in music and video editing or sound design. He will graduate this year, 2012.
