Cynthia Greig

Ann Arbor, MI

Cynthia Greig received her MFA from the University of Michigan (1995) and studied filmmaking while pursuing a degree in art history from the University of Iowa (MA 1988). During the 1990s she served as a screener and board member for the Ann Arbor Film Festival where she met husband and collaborator, Richard Smith. Greig’s photographs and videos have been widely exhibited, and received grants from the Center for New Television and Michigan Council for the Arts.
